The fourth Contra Pop Festival took place in August 2019 on the beach at Ramsgate, Kent (UK), and encompassed live performances from artists working at the intersection between pop and experimental music. This compilation includes tracks recorded live at Contra Pop and Cafe OTO, London, combined with a selection of previously (un)released tracks by festival artists. We are delighted that every live act that performed at Contra Pop 2019 is represented here, and we would like to thank the artists and their labels for embracing the project.
